General Policy
e are thrill to welcome you to our playhouse kingdom, here is something you may like to know
A security credit card guaranteed is required in order to make a reservation. A deposit of £10 per person will be required for a party of 12 people or more.

Arrival
​
All the customers need to arrive on time and we’ll keep your tables for up to 15 minutes from your reservation time. Please note that all tables are subject to a 2-hour turnaround time.
Cancellations / Late Arrivals

As a courtesy to other guests, cancellations or amendments must be made 48 hours in advance of your appointment time. Failure to do so will result in the full service rate being charged or deposit becoming non-refundable.

If you are running late, a phone call is always appreciated. We will reschedule your reservation if possible. If we are not able to reschedule your reservation, your arrival time will determine the length of your booking, which will end as originally scheduled.

The food is mandatory at our cocktail bar and restaurant as casual dining. We have plenty of fancy small plates to go with our fancy cocktails.

We only offer table service, hence all reservations are required to open a bar tab by leaving a credit/debit card behind the bar and the 12.5% discretionary service charge will be added to your bill.

*For the bookings BEFORE September 2022, we have the summer offer for no minimum spend at our venue
*Any Bookings for September 2022 onward, the minimum spend £45 per person T&C applies

The management are unable to accept responsibility for any personal items that are lost or damaged on the premises.
